Why we built SpendSights, yet another Expense Tracker?

There are already lots of expense trackers available in India. But most of them are not made in the context of Indian users and its Payments Systems. Some of the flaws we see in the existing applications are:

• The app needs to read your SMS to capture the transaction details.
• We have to provide Net-Banking login credentials to sync the transactions between your bank and the expense tracker app.
• Most apps still ask the user to add each transactions manually
• Our sms and transaction data are sold

So wanted to fix all the above by build an expense tracker for Indian market.
