Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may cancel it and get refund. Please see below for more information on our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION

Premium subscription can be cancelled at any time through out the subscription period, but the cancellation will take effect only after the end of the current month. The service will also be active until the end of the current month.

So, the number of months for consideration of refund will be calculated like below example:

  Subscription Start Date: 1st January, 2023
  Cancellation Date: 15th February, 2023
  Total Months of refund: 10 Months (January & February cannot be considered for Refund)

The request for cancellation can be initiated from the Settings page itself.

REFUNDS

After sending your cancellation request, please allow us at least fourteen (14) days to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. The refund amount is calculated by the formula below:

Refund Amount  = Total Months of Refund x (One year subscription amount paid by you / 12)
